### The Growth Marketing role in action

You'll drive growth and strategic account leadership for our clients by:

- **Leading client relationships** as the day-to-day strategic partner. Mapping out growth plans, presenting data, and taking direct accountability for performance.

- **Managing and optimizing ad spend** across paid social and search (Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads) to hit target metrics.

- **Analyzing performance data & creative trends** to decode why campaigns win or lose.

- **Testing new AI tools and workflows** to speed up campaign execution, and build better ways of operating.

- **Collaborating across offices** , teaming up with creative leads and analytics specialists in NY, LA, Stockholm, and Varna to raise the bar on your accounts.
