The Opportunity
As a Designer at Twigeo, you will contribute to the growth of multiple brands from a creative and visual design perspective through performance and brand ads. This involves executing digital performance marketing campaigns, maintaining client relationships, and actively contributing to the evolution of our creative practice. You'll also be a key contributor to our global creative team, pushing the boundaries of craft and technology.

What You’ll Do

Design and execution

• Develop impactful marketing assets for multiple media channels (images, banners, videos, paid/organic social). Think: native-style content ads for TikTok, motion graphics for YouTube, lifestyle images and videos for Meta.

• Combine a performance marketing testing skillset with a creative branding mindset. Quickly iterate on what’s performing well while also working with the team to ideate new, interesting creatives to test next.

• Present ideas and creatives with dynamic storytelling.

Cross-collaboration

• Collaborate with other creatives and functions to align visuals with messaging and strategy.

Foster client relationships

• Maintain client expectations and communication with brand/marketing teams through presentations and regular updates.

• Lead creative meetings + brainstorms to build/maintain trust.

• Follow up, chime in, or close the loop on various client communications dealing with creative projects.

Innovation

• Use and test new AI tools to enhance your creativity and efficiency.

• Share and take inspiration from the latest campaigns by interesting brands.

• A “yes, and” mindset that contributes to a continuous feedback culture.

• Use data to ideate, innovate, and push the boundaries of marketing.

• Work to outperform your previous ads with iterative tests or brand new ideas.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a graphic or motion designer. Please note that designers at Twigeo create both images and videos, so we are looking for someone with knowledge and proficiency in both.

• Awareness, usage, and curiosity of AI tools like Midjourney, Sora, Veo-3, and ChatGPT/Claude. We use AI for creativity, ideation, and to expedite our process. We’re looking for a designer who shares this vision.

• A curious, competitive mindset toward your work. You enjoy problem-solving to outperform your previous ads and find new winners.

• Experience in an agency, start-up, or similar environment. You might be a performance creative looking for more variety or a brand creative looking to make a noticeable impact.

• An interest and familiarity with what brands and tech companies are doing out in the world. Everyone at Twigeo brings their backgrounds and interests to the table, informing our creative and strategic decisions.

• Affinity for brand, as well as performance, marketing. Some weeks, you might help with a brand repositioning, and the next, you might help create specific creative tests for Meta.

• Familiarity with digital marketing KPIs, industry best practices, and all major marketing channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple, Snapchat, Twitter).

• Knowledge of motion design principles.

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite (After Effects).

• Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally.
