The Opportunity

As a Copywriter at Twigeo, you will craft compelling messaging and creative concepts across multiple brands, ensuring impactful communication that resonates with target audiences. Your role is dynamic, spanning both high-level brand storytelling and hands-on, conversion-focus copy, comfortable using data to iterate and knows how to adapt tone across channels.

Some days, you’ll be writing sharp, in-platform copy for Growth Marketers to use in performance ads; other times, you’ll be shaping the narrative for UGC content, developing engaging storytelling ads, or refining a brand’s voice across multiple touchpoints. You’ll play a key role in our global creative team, pushing the boundaries of brand voice, storytelling, and persuasive communication to deliver high-performing campaigns that drive real results.

As we work primarily with US clients you need to be more than a fluent english speaker, you are native. You are a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand communication. Whether crafting compelling headlines, engaging brand messaging, writing captions for social, or refining a brand’s tone, you have a deep understanding of how words shape perception and drive action.

As a copywriter, you create compelling ideas and clear stories rooted in client goals and audience insights. You make sure messaging is consistent across all channels, working closely with creatives and strategists. You know how to turn complex ideas into simple, persuasive copy while keeping the brand voice sharp and adapting for different platforms. You’re proactive, collaborative, and confident in presenting and explaining your work, always balancing creativity with strategic thinking.

You’re a curious copywriter. You don’t fear AI, you use it. As a tool, it helps you test faster, explore angles, and sharpen ideas. It's not about replacing your voice – it’s about making it more effective.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in copywriting, brand messaging, or content creation within a creative agency, digital marketing team, or similar environment.

• A strong understanding of storytelling, brand voice, and audience engagement strategies across different platforms with a strong focus on social media.

• Proven ability to develop compelling, clear, and strategic messaging across multiple formats, including headlines, scripts, campaign copy, social media, and in-platform performance ads.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and defend creative ideas confidently.

• A collaborative mindset, working closely with creatives, strategists, and marketers to build cohesive brand narratives.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt writing style based on brand tone, platform, and audience needs.

• Proficiency in writing tools and platforms such as Google Workspace, ChatGPT, and other tools we use.

• A process-driven approach to streamlining feedback rounds and managing copy revisions, using tools like Google Sheets or similar to organize, track, and store copy assets for easy access and collaboration.

• A passion for creative problem-solving, storytelling, and making an impact through words.

• A strong ability to generate ideas and develop creative concepts, always using words as your most powerful tool. You think in ideas and naturally turn them into engaging, well-crafted copy.
