What is the role about?

As a Growth Marketing Intern, you’ll gain first-hand experience in analyzing, optimizing, and scaling marketing campaigns across international markets. You’ll work alongside experienced marketers and designers, blending data-driven strategies with bold creativity to drive client success.

What you will do

• Support and execute marketing strategies for global clients.

• Analyze and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and more.

• Collaborate with international teams to develop high-performing marketing strategies.

• Work with designers to create compelling ad creatives tailored to different markets.

• Stay ahead of global marketing trends, testing new features, channels, and opportunities.

• Transform marketing data into insights, preparing reports that tell a story.

• Gain hands-on experience in media planning, audience targeting, and campaign execution.

• You've completed at least 3 or 4 years of relevant university studies. 

• Smart, driven and eager to learn, and you push boundaries.

• You’re excited about working with international teams and clients.

• You are analytical and comfortable working with numbers and A/B testing.

• You solve problems and see opportunities to optimize and innovate.

• You communicate and collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones.

• Self-starter – You take initiative and learn independently.
