As our Global Talent Acquisition Specialist & Coordinator you’ll play a key role in shaping our team across multiple countries. From attracting top talent and employer branding to onboarding new hires, you will be at the heart of it all.

• A recruitment guru who loves the craft of recruitment and has experience coordinating multiple hires and working with hiring managers.

• A relationship builder who knows how to work with stakeholders, keep candidates engaged, and create a seamless hiring process.

• Driven and ambitious, as you are not just filling seats; you’re building something meaningful; finding the right people who will thrive in our culture.

• You are new thinking, embracing technology like AI to increase efficiency, so you can juggle multiple roles across different countries without missing a beat.

• A specialist with 3-5 years relevant experience of a similar role

• Speaking fluently in English both written and spoken, as our company language is English.

• An Experienced Teamtailor and Alvalabs (and in a perfect world even a Hibob user)
