What you will do

As a Creative Director at Twigeo, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of creative ideas and strategies that drive performance marketing success for our clients. You will be at the forefront of delivering innovative and impactful campaigns across various digital channels. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketers, designers, and strategists, to create compelling and effective performance marketing campaigns.

• Craft persuasive and visually stunning ad creatives that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.

• Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to optimize creative elements for maximum performance.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging creative technologies to ensure our clients remain competitive.

Who are we looking for?

• Performance Marketing Expertise: As a Creative Director, you should possess a deep understanding of performance marketing tactics and testing frameworks. This knowledge is crucial for creating ad creatives that not only look great but also contribute to measurable results.

• Creative Copywriting: Proficiency in crafting persuasive and engaging ad copy that aligns with performance marketing goals.

• Design Skills: Strong design sensibility and the ability to create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, videos, animations and layouts for a wide range of marketing collateral, including social media posts, banners, presentations, and advertisements. You should be proficient in Figma and the Adobe Suite.

• Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable with data analysis and A/B testing to make data-informed creative decisions.

• Branding: Maintain and enhance the client's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.

• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor designs to ensure our marketing materials remain fresh and competitive.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication plus relevant experience as a marketing designer, or a related field. Alternative 5+ years of relevant experience as a marketing designer, with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects

• A team player with a positive can-do attitude toward challenges

• Client Management: A strong ability to communicate and manage client relationships effectively.
