You'll be part of a fast-growing team of 15 growth marketers in our New York / Los Angeles office.
We work with world-leading brands and products, and your job will be to help them meet and exceed their goals by driving their performance marketing strategy and continuously testing new channels & creatives.
What you'll do
Execute large-scale media strategies against client’s advertising goals and objectives.
Own, manage and optimize campaigns to maximize learnings and reach client goals on channels such as Facebook, Google (Search, GAC, YouTube), Apple Search Ads & TikTok.
Own performance and client growth, create alignment within the client team, and lead the client relationship
Identify new trends within growth marketing and independently learn new tools and tactics. Identify opportunities to continuously add business value
Collaborate with our creative team to experiment and learn from data-driven creatives
Collaborate with our analytics team to deliver meaningful insights via regular reports
Who are we looking for?
5+ years of experience in performance marketing working with a significant performance marketing budget, particularly on paid social & search channels.
Expertise buying, managing and optimizing campaigns on digital platforms, including: Facebook, Google Ads (GAC), TikTok, Apple Search Ads.
Working knowledge of app and web analytics and measurement frameworks.
You're comfortable owning performance and client growth, creating alignment within the client team
You have outstanding organizational skills, project management skills, and a keen ability to multitask and prioritize.
You’re able to thrive and be productive in a hybrid work environment.
You have a growth mindset and a passion for all things marketing.
