The Opportunity
We have been rapidly expanding our U.S. presence, which has opened up a multitude of opportunities to provide impactful growth for our clients. We are now looking for a Sales Director with significant business experience responsible for leading the sales strategy.
What you’ll do
- Lead, develop, and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets. This includes testing new strategies and tactics to continuously find new ways of maintaining a top-class sales pipeline.
- Master qualification and value-based selling using Command of the Message strategies.
- Identify and acquire new clients to expand our client base globally.
- Build and maintain robust and long-lasting relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Create proposals and effectively communicate value proposition via proposals and presentations.
- Lead, and support the development of other sales employees as the team grows.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone curious, with great energy and drive. You consider yourself a self-starter, having a winning mentality, and not least with a passion for prospecting new business opportunities. We believe you have previous experience working within enterprise sales and are motivated by breaking new business grounds. You're an excellent written and verbal communicator, skilled at presenting, negotiating, and networking, since these will be vital parts of your everyday work.
You have previously worked in a similar role and have solid professional experience in driving enterprise sales initiatives where you know how to manage the complete sales funnel and build stable relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. In addition, you preferably have previous industry experience from performance or digital marketing and are interested in staying updated with industry-specific trends.
