You’ll be part of a fast-growing team of 15 growth marketers in our New York / Los Angeles office.
We work with world-leading brands and products and part of your job will be to help them meet and exceed their goals by continuously testing new channels & creatives. You have 3+ years of experience working within digital marketing with a digital, tech, or app-related product. You have a proven track record of working with Paid social platforms like Meta/Facebook ads, TikTok, Snapchat or Twitter. If you also know your way around Google ads or Apple Search ads, you will feel ready from the start. Intermediate to advanced paid search ability is a major plus. You're comfortable owning performance and client growth, creating alignment within the client team, and leading the client relationship as Account Lead. You also know your way around the more analytical parts of our profession and can work in Google Sheets. A big plus is if you know your way around different analytical tools and have had hands-on experience analyzing them.
What you'll do
Create media plans, structure, and optimize campaigns to maximize learnings and reach client goals on channels such as Paid Search, Apple Search Ads, Meta, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok
Collaborate with our marketing designers to produce data-driven creatives
Stay up-to-date with new trends within growth marketing and independently learn new tools and tactics.
Spot trends and identify opportunities to continuously add business value
Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to turn growth marketing data into meaningful insights
