We are looking for a Head of Analytics! Come join our fast-growing team in Stockholm and lead the analytics team to enable the world's most cutting-edge digital companies through data driven analytics solutions.
Our Analytics team today consists of 8 people, unevenly split between Stockholm and New York, but we are currently hiring a handful more. The HoA will be the direct manager of roughly half the team while the rest of the team reports to local middle managers that in turn reports to the HoA. The team consists of Marketing Analysts, Data Engineers and Data Scientists.
Mission: Position Twigeo as the industry leader within marketing analytics.
Who are we looking for and what will the HoA focus on? This person is first and foremost a leader as we believe the key to achieve the role’s mission and move Twigeo forward lies in enabling our team of analysts, data engineers and data scientists to drive the innovation needed. The HoA needs to be an excellent leader with proven experience in leading teams (preferably international) with an analytical product. The candidate should have a burning passion for leadership, team and development. Leadership is the single most important quality we are looking for in this candidate.

Holistic Perspective/Business sense
The analytics Twigeo provides must mesh seamlessly with our two other pillars, Marketing and Creative. The direction of the development of our analytics also needs to be set with a sense of business priority. We don’t want a siloed Analytics team with a leader steering it into cool, state of the art analytics but that does not serve the purpose of our business. Therefore, being good at holistic thinking and having a good business sense is key.
We are not looking for someone who knows each tool in our stack inside out. This role is about being a leader while the team will be doing the craft. That said, the person still needs to understand the products and projects the team works on to be able to plug into discussions. An analytical mind is important.
It is certainly meriting having experience from the marketing industry but it is not a strict requirement as there are multiple other industries with similar types of analytics. Product analytics from e.g. the tech industry is highly relevant. We are open to meet candidates from various industries as we believe that if the person possesses the above mentioned skills they will be able to quickly adapt.
